Why Liverpool is perfect for Crystal Cruises new office…

CrystalLPL
I’m bound to be a fan of Liverpool, I currently live here, and have done for several years. With that world class waterfront, culture, museums, public events, low cost of living – I think its perfect.

Crystal Cruises, under the new ownership of Genting Hong Kong, is pursuing a huge expansion plan. This will involve the introduction of several new vessels, the start of an airline.

So why Liverpool –

Liverpool has a great pool of talent, with four strong universities in the city region, as well as a host of colleges. American/US Airlines, Lufthansa, Germanwings all operate contact centres for European customers, with both boasting operations in many languages in the city.

Furthermore from a maritime perspective companies such as Hapag-Lloyd, Maersk Line, NYK Lines, Bibby and CMA CGM all operate in Liverpool. So Crystal would be safe in the company that it is part of a thriving maritime community.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport has great connections across Europe, nearby Manchester Airport also connects the region to the rest of the world with regular flights to Hong Kong and LA. Liverpool also has quick and efficient rail and road links with the rest of the country.

Liverpool has benefited from huge amounts of government and private investment over the last 15 years, it has a wide array of affordable office space and wages in the city are lower than those in comparable areas, the city is full of great museums, shops and restaurants making it an all round great place to live for employees.

Oh, and your ships can also visit… That’s kind of a big plus. So come on! Pick Liverpool for your new UK office.

Thanks & Regards,
